Project Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in design and project management, as well as a degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead civil and environmental design teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Support the development of both senior and junior staff members.
  • Prepare high-quality technical reports and documentation.
  • Plan and coordinate design activities with Project Directors.
  • Evaluate work for compliance with quality assurance processes and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Engineer status with a degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years' post-graduate experience in design and project management.
  • Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, stakeholders, and consultants.
  • Ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively.
