Job DescriptionRole Overview

As Legal Counsel, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of standard contract terms and implementation with all partners/service providers. You will also be part of the Aerogen Legal Team, providing legal advice to senior business stakeholders and overseeing compliance with organization policies, contracts, and agreements.

  • Support senior legal team members to provide pragmatic legal advice on business-critical matters.
  • Review, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts, maintaining templates in line with company policy and applicable laws.
  • Support new business development and commercial arrangements with new and existing partners.
  • Draft and contribute to the development of legal policies, procedures, and tools for the business.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Practicing Solicitor admitted to the Law Society of Ireland.
  • 1-3 years post-qualification experience.
  • A strong corporate/commercial background with experience in commercial law and commercial contracts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated sound judgement and the ability to adapt and prioritise.
