About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Clinical Operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical operations projects, including data management services.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of clinical operations services to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical operations projects
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of clinical operations services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on clinical operations deliverables
  • Lead direct negotiations with customers on timelines, financials, process, and resources
  • Ensure milestones meet timelines and quality deliverables
  • Independently manage project delivery with comprehensive project management process and technical expertise
  • Create and/or review and sign-off on all project plans and documents
  • Manage project performance and provide leadership to identify root causes of issues and implement remedial actions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience and proven competence in managing delivery of multiple clinical operations projects
  • Demonstrated expert project management skills and advanced knowledge of the clinical operations process
  • Previous experience and proven competence in handling complex customer negotiations and bid defense meetings independently
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Pharmacology, Anatomy, and/or Physiology
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of clinical drug development process
