We are looking for a seasoned Orthopaedic Product Support Expert to join our team at Independent Search Solutions Ltd.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of surgical devices in the orthopaedic sector, promoting our products to key opinion leaders and large hospital groups across the Dublin / Leinster Territory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert support to customers, including technical advice and training on product usage. They will also engage with existing and new surgeons to develop a robust sales opportunity pipeline and provide guidance on product selection.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing customers with technical advice and training on product usage
- Engaging with surgeons to develop sales opportunities and provide guidance
- Maintaining up-to-date records of customer activity on our CRM system
