Graduate Water Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer to join our Water Engineering Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in civil engineering, working on a diverse range of water infrastructure projects.

  • This role involves assisting in the preparation of feasibility studies, route reports, and site selection documents, as well as contributing to concept and detailed design reports, including drawings, calculations, and specifications.
  • You will also be responsible for developing technical specifications and contract documents for works and investigations, collaborating with senior engineers and project managers during construction stage contract administration, and gaining exposure to developing detailed project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • In addition, you will assist in ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on time, and in compliance with regulations and standards, learning to identify and mitigate project risks under guidance from senior team members.
  • The successful candidate will have a foundational understanding of water engineering principles and practices, awareness of project management basics, including task prioritization, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team, are essential for this role.
