About the Role:

Your primary focus will be on mechanical & electrical services operations within assigned sites, ensuring smooth maintenance and development of operating (OpEx) and capital (CapEx) budgets. You will manage technical staff, including direct employees, outsourced supply partners, and external contractors, as well as troubleshoot and problem-solve issues as required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Mechanical and Electrical background, 5+ years Data Centre experience, and a thorough understanding of data centre critical mechanical and electrical system infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage mechanical & electrical services maintenance for assigned facilities and assist in budget development
  • Lead technical staff, including direct employees, outsourced supply partners, and external contractors
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve operations and maintenance issues
  • Own site mechanical & electrical services operational procedures and develop continuous improvement programs
  • Develop/maintain effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals
  • Coordinate maintenance efforts with change control, external service providers, and contractors
Requirements:
  • Strong Mechanical and Electrical background/experience
  • 5+ years Data Centre experience
  • DIRECT EXPERIENCE MANAGING DATA CENTRE MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SERVICES AND CONTRIBUTING TO SITE AVAILABILITY AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
  • Thorough understanding of data centre critical mechanical and electrical system infrastructure
