Senior Data Center Remediation Specialist

About the Job:
A highly skilled and experienced Data Center Remediation Engineering Manager is sought to oversee a team responsible for providing comprehensive life-cycle support to AWS data centers from inception through site improvement. The successful candidate will be the go-to engineering resource for their region, utilizing their subject matter expertise to design projects that remediate issues within the data center fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of engineers providing full life-cycle support to AWS data centers.
- Develop and implement strategies for project remediation.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to identify areas of growth and develop clear growth plans.
- Drive strategic communication and provide technical guidance within their assigned region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Structural Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3+ cumulative years managing an engineering team.
- Ability to lead high-performing engineers and possess excellent communication skills.
