Job Summary

  • This role is for a senior professional responsible for global product leadership and strategic planning of label change projects.

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for accuracy and completeness of the Brief phase within the Artwork Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  1. Global product leadership for strategic planning and forecasting of label change projects;
  2. Accuracy and completeness of the Brief phase within the Artwork Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
  3. Project management responsibility within the system for Production, Design, and Asset workflows;
  4. Leading label change projects and associated deliverables for launches, site transfers, country/area-specific changes, and other labelling focused projects;
  5. Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and stakeholder management;
  6. Owning and leading periodic formal review process for label change management and developing performance metrics for label change execution;
  7. Ownership and leadership role in Packaging and Artwork Strategy;
  8. Leads shared label strategy development and maintenance over the product life cycle;
  9. Change Plan ownership for labelling operations;
  10. Acts as business process owner for specific labelling business processes and assumes documentation subject matter expertise;
  11. Leads role representing GLM in early development labelling work, including functioning as lead for labeling launch activity.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain, with extensive experience in Operations, Regulatory, or Quality environment;
  • Proficiency in English (both written and oral);
  • Experience working effectively across different cultures, multiple functional areas, and complex matrix environments;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of management and personnel;
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • Excellent leadership skills and proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration;
  • Understanding of Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain aspects of labelling and impact of non-compliance;
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical, Device, Device/Combo Products, specifically regulations and standards affecting the Packaging and Labelling Quality System;
  • Strong project management skills including stakeholder management.
