Role Overview

We are seeking a Freight Forwarding Specialist to join our team at Total Talent Solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking shipments to ensure safe, on-time delivery. This will involve working closely with our central Distribution Center, trusted carriers, and global freight forwarders to ensure seamless freight forwarding operations.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in transportation, freight forwarding, or logistics
  • A solid understanding of freight management and basic customs procedures
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple shipments and shifting priorities with ease
  • Strong working knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, TMS, and WMS
