Customer Delivery Driver Role
">Job Description:As a Customer Delivery Driver, you will be the first face our customers see. You will provide an excellent home shopping experience by putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.
Your main responsibility is to deliver products safely and efficiently to our customers. This requires loading the van where required and checking your van for roadworthiness.
You must understand the schedule and route that has been calculated for you and navigate through it with ease. In addition, you are expected to look the part in your uniform, ready to help our customers. Drive safely, responsibly and within the law while being courteous to all road users.
Serve your customer with a smile and greet them by name. Take care of your customer's deliveries as if they were your own.
- Have had a full Irish or EU driving licence (manual or automatic) for at least 2 years with no more than 3 penalty points.
- Be a safe and courteous driver.
- Enjoy helping others.
- Be personable with a good sense of humour and excellent communication skills.
- Have the ability to take the initiative and use common sense.
- Care about making a difference for customers and colleagues.
- Have the ability to stay calm under pressure.
