Job Title: Executive Administrator - Payroll & Finance

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive Executive Administrator to support our Finance & Payroll function.

Job Summary:

This role plays a key part in enhancing the quality and performance of the function by managing core administrative duties and coordinating project activity.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Executive Administrator will be central to ensuring that strategic goals are supported through effective administration and coordination.

  • Quality Control Support: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across payroll and finance operations.
  • Project Coordination: Plan, execute, and deliver payroll and finance-related projects, aligning with departmental goals, timelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Payroll & Finance Tasks: Assist with payroll processing, ad hoc payroll-related projects, billing, and credit control functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably within a Finance, Payroll, or Recruitment agency environment.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Confident working with spreadsheets, reports, and financial data (Excel proficiency essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, handling sensitive information discreetly.
Benefits:

€45,000 - €55,000 salary (negotiable depending on experience)
