About You:

  • You have proven store management experience in specialist retail environments selling luxury products and brands.
  • You lead by example, motivating and coaching teams to deliver personal, meaningful interactions with customers.
  • You are commercially astute and skilled at driving sales opportunities to increase business performance and meet KPI targets.
  • You possess the confidence to share knowledge and drive behavioural change, promoting team growth and development.
