5. Environmental Care: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
6. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members and management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
7. Compliance: Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and company policies, verifying legal drinking age and refusing service to intoxicated guests when necessary.
8. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed, and minimizing waste to control costs.

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment, preferably within a hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and build rapport.
