As a key member of our operations team, we are seeking an Operations Assistant to provide essential support in our busy office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with transport planners and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and quality standards at all times.
  • Maintain good distribution practices (GDP) and promote safe working practices.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and drivers, providing clear instructions and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.
  • Prepare accurate documentation and maintain high-quality records.
  • Develop a strong understanding of tachographs and driver working hours, with full training provided.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 variable hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Sunday.

Requirements
  • Proficient communication skills in English, with Romanian also required. Additional languages may be beneficial.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Customer-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
