About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Support Pharmacist to join our team at the Uniphar Group, working closely with our Managing Pharmacist to deliver high-quality pharmacy services.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the dispensary team, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medication, maintaining records, and adhering to regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate records and inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock management.
  • Providing advisory services on over-the-counter medicines and counter-prescribing procedures.
  • Coordinating Department of Health schemes and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on relevant policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of pharmacy services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years post-registration experience in a similar role.
  • Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
