We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Commerce Headquarters in Ireland.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to the business, understanding the strategy and driving the agenda. They will work with senior HRBP managers to develop people plans aligned to business objectives and conduct local ER/IR processes.

  • Establish relationships with management and support talent and organisational needs.
  • Develop people plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Conduct local IR/ER processes, including disciplinary investigations and written warnings.
  • Provide advisory support on ER issues.
  • Support implementation of general HR initiatives.

Key skills and qualifications include a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in a HRBP role, ideally from large or complex organisations. A third-level qualification in HR or a related field is required, along with a full or partial CIPD/professional qualification.
