Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our office and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing teams, supporting sales targets, and building strong client relationships.

  • Manage the daily operations of the office and achieve team and individual sales targets.
  • Support your team to meet sales targets across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Agri Lines.
  • Lead and coach your team to exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with customers and prospects, particularly in the Commercial and Agri sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to achieve shared goals and projects.
  • Ensure seamless and compliant processes align with industry standards.
  • Report on team performance and sales activity.
  • Pursue local networking opportunities and community partnerships.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CIP qualification (required).
  • People management or team leadership experience.
  • A strong background in sales and relationship management.
  • The ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Confidence in managing sales performance and setting goals.
  • A full clean driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  • Results-driven and goal-focused.
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness.
