Job Title: Pharmacy Operations Leader
Key Responsibilities:- Drive store profitability by analysing daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures.
- Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and team performance.
- Manage stock and cash in line with established procedures.
- Supervise day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Understand and meet commercial needs of the business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and develop strong relationships with customers.
- Manage store operations, including cost management and rostering efficiency.
- Effectively manage colleague performance and ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation.
- 2 years' experience as a Store Manager or People Manager in a Pharmacy setting (preferred).
- Proven leadership and motivation skills to drive team success.
- Previous Dispensary experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.
- Positive attitude, drive, and enthusiasm with a willingness to take responsibility and make informed decisions.
- Strong commercial acumen and decision-making ability.
- Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm to excel in this role.
- Ability to understand and analyse sales figures.
