Job Title: European Customer Service

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Europe.

  • Key responsibilities include handling incoming sales enquiries, maintaining contract files, and providing internal key account management as needed.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail, and experience in sales, customer service, tele sales, and/or account management.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to update data as received from customers over the phone
  • Previous telemarketing and outbound calls experience desirable

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, tele sales, and/or account management
  • Strong focus on achieving productivity and meeting key performance indicators
