About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operations Specialist to join our warehouse team at Arrabawn. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move stock around the facility.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive forklifts in an efficient and safe manner
  • Unload deliveries and ensure correct store layout
  • Deal with damaged pallets and bags
  • Liaise with dispatch as appropriate
  • Complete picklists accurately
  • Maintain a clean, uncluttered, and safe workspace
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Fork-lift driving experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Planning and decision-making skills
  • General PC literacy
  • Hazard analysis critical control points (HACCP) knowledge
  • Food handling knowledge

You will also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well without supervision and as part of a team.
