We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will provide support to our Shared Service Centre by processing invoices, reconciliations, and other financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate matching of high-volume retail invoices to delivery documentation.
  • Proactive investigation of variances and liaison with the Retail department to resolve issues.
  • Working with the AP Associate to ensure timely processing, approval, and payment of invoices.
  • Monitoring the Retail mailbox to resolve and/or escalate supplier queries as appropriate.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have/be:

">
  • Previous experience in an Accounts department (desirable).
  • A self-starter with the ability to work on their own initiative and a flexible, hands-on approach.
  • A high level of attention to detail (essential).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office packages, e.g., MS Excel and Office.
  • Experience with an ERP package, e.g., Oracle (advantageous but not essential).
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and coordinate activities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and escalate risks when necessary.
