Job Description:

As a Senior Jira and Confluence Specialist, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining our Atlassian suite of products. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement processes that enhance our customers' experience.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud products (Jira, Confluence, JSM).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical issues in simple terms.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile frameworks.
