Plaintiff Litigation Associate

This is an exceptional opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to gain valuable experience in plaintiff litigation, with a focus on Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and personal injury (PI) cases.

  • Managing files across RTA and PI matters, receiving full supervision and guidance.
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports to support the progression of cases.
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, and medical experts to achieve settlements efficiently.
  • Negotiating settlements and progressing cases effectively in collaboration with experienced colleagues.

The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified solicitor with some litigation experience from their training contract, preferably in RTA or PI. They should possess strong communication skills, be proactive, detail-focused, and eager to learn and develop their litigation skills.
