As the leader of the cinema, you will work closely with your team to ensure a seamless delivery of our brand promises. This role offers opportunities for professional development and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive business outcomes, including managing costs and growing revenue streams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

  • A seasoned leader with experience in managing, developing, and coaching teams to deliver high-quality results and exceptional guest experiences.
