Senior Contract Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Contract Specialist to oversee the management of complex contracts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing specialist technical expertise
  • Planning resource allocation and budget monitoring
  • Implementation of best practice in project controls, performance measurement, and project reporting
  • Monitoring subcontractor performance and determining labor requirements
  • Ensuring staff stays up-to-date with current legislation and training needs to meet the company's objectives

Requirements:
  • Previous management experience on large-scale projects
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
  • Background in carpentry is beneficial
  • Ambitious and self-motivated
  • Team player and an excellent communicator
