A seasoned Financial Professional is sought to lead a high-performing finance team, overseeing the preparation and consolidation of timely and accurate financial reports. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing large teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
">Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Provide detailed financial insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
- Manage the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement effective financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance and governance.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive organizational success.
Requirements
- ACA qualified accountant with at least 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and leading financial initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in working with complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of accounting software and systems, preferably Navision/BPC14 or similar.
