Job Description

This role is a pivotal position within our organization, focusing on the renewal of contracts with existing clients. As a German Sales Agent, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and strengthening our relationships with key accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and renew contracts within an existing client database, ensuring a seamless process and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key accounts and provide exceptional customer care, anticipating clients' needs and renewing contracts.
  • Develop strong internal and external relationships with customers, continually enhancing their experience.
  • Achieve targets and ensure effective communication with external parties through negotiation and contract renewal agreements.
  • Navigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures for each client and jurisdiction.
  • Administer CRM systems efficiently.

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking an individual with 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, and/or account management. Fluency in both German and English is essential. The ideal candidate will possess high motivation, enthusiasm, and an innovative approach. Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills are also necessary. Team players with flexible attitudes and strong administrative skills are highly desirable.
