Deputy Person in Charge Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to fill the role of Deputy Person in Charge. This position involves supporting the Centre's Person in Charge and managing a team to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that personal plans are up-to-date and services are delivered to the highest possible quality and safety standards.
- To provide mentorship and leadership to the team.
- To oversee the service across shifts to ensure effective and efficient services are delivered.
- To maintain the highest level of infection control standards.
Requirements: A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or a related discipline, strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and excellent organisational and communication skills.
