We are looking for a Learning Strategist to join our team in Athlone. As a key member of the global CMC development team, Oral Product Development Athlone will play a leading role in Novo Nordisk's oral solid dosage expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a proven track record of creating impactful training programs. A bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role, is required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising and supporting management with training solutions for business challenges, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training content and standards, and ensuring high-quality training materials as a Tech Writer and Content Editor.

Key qualifications include strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships across teams, and a proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset.
