Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain accurate employee records, both in electronic and hard copy formats.
  • Contribute to high-volume recruitment efforts across various platforms.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including offer extensions and contract arrangements.
  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure precise employee data management.
  • Process employee leave and track entitlements.
  • Maintain Health and Safety training records.
  • Issue necessary documents and paperwork as required.
  • Participate in HR projects and take minutes when necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with administrative systems are advantageous.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration role.
  • A third-level qualification in Human Resources or office management discipline.
  • A CIPD-recognised qualification is advantageous.
  • Excellent typing skills (45 words per minute minimum).
