Bar Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Bar Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of the bar staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome to all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash handling and operate a point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment that meets high standards of quality and hygiene.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a busy bar environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
