You will be working as part of the Aon Captive Management team to deliver excellent client value by performing a variety of tasks across underwriting, claims, and risk management functions for a portfolio of captive (re)insurance companies.
The breadth of tasks includes running the insurance premium cycle from invoicing and receipt, coordinating insurance premium taxes, completing regulatory reporting in line with Solvency II legislation and guidelines, and collaborating with other functions such as Actuarial, Finance and Compliance. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to participate in the renewal of insurance policies, communicate with clients and colleagues at all business levels, and participate in captive (re)insurance company Board Meetings.
The ideal candidate will have experience or internship in the insurance or financial services industry, a third-level degree and/or relevant qualifications, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Numeracy and analytical abilities, as well as high efficiency and self-reliance, are highly desirable traits.
