This senior-level role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including commercial property sales and leasing, company asset management, and portfolio operations. The successful candidate will lead negotiations to maximize value, coordinate site acquisitions and development projects, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:- Third-level degree or higher in business studies or a related field
- Fully qualified chartered surveyor - SCSI and/or RICS (desired)
- 3-5+ years of experience in a commercially focused property sales or leasing role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people at all levels of seniority
- Strong IT and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage projects on time and within budget
