Diligent Sanitation Specialist

Our company is seeking a diligent Sanitation Specialist to join its operations team. This key role involves ensuring that all production lines and areas are cleaned to the highest possible standard, supporting both product quality and food safety.

As a Sanitation Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in line with established procedures and guidelines. You will be working across different areas such as boxing, chills, and freezers, following the cleaning schedule and adhering to checklists and workflow guidelines accurately.

This position is based on an 8-hour shift, 5 days over 7 (including potential weekend work), offering the opportunity to be part of a high-performing team that underpins our success.

• Carry out thorough cleaning of all production lines and areas, including removing belts/parts and cleaning them according to set instructions.
• Clean machine parts, walls, floors, ceilings, and other surfaces in line with cleaning instruction cards.
• Re-assemble cleaned lines to ensure they are ready for the next production run.

Additionally, this role requires strong communication skills, ability to follow structured processes, and being a positive team player with interpersonal skills. Quality focus, attention to detail, and result-driven attitude are essential qualities for success in this position.
