Job Title

A Chief Cyber Security Officer is required to lead our enterprise-wide security initiatives.

  • The successful candidate will oversee the design, implementation and governance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies.
  • They will also be responsible for managing Privileged Access Management platforms, microsegmentation strategies and zero-trust network architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IAM strategies to ensure secure access to company resources.
  • Manage and optimize PAM platforms to reduce risk.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of microsegmentation strategies and zero-trust network architecture.
  • Direct the management of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), certificates and cryptographic key lifecycles.
  • Lead SOC operations including 24/7 monitoring, incident response and threat hunting.
  • Implement and monitor Microsoft Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
  • Lead vulnerability scanning, patch management and remediation using Qualys.
  • Ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' progressive experience in cyber security, with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAAM, IAM frameworks and Illumio.
  • In-depth knowledge of PKI, certificates and cryptographic systems.
  • Proven SOC management experience and proficiency with Microsoft DLP.
  • Expertise in Qualys vulnerability and patch management.
  • Familiarity with SIEM platforms, cloud security and security automation.
  • Relevant certifications desirable.
