
Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Leader to spearhead our financial activities across site operations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive cost reductions and ensure claimed or forecasted cost reductions positively impact operating income.
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis capabilities for the organization, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of actuals and forecasts.
- Mentor and develop the financial site staff and Operations teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to drive process improvements in financial processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- E nsure accounting practices align with relevant accounting standards and company policies, maintaining the highest level of integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business is required, as is 10+ years of financial experience in increasingly responsible roles, such as Accounting or Finance Manager, Controller, and/or senior leadership positions.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, business acumen, and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in standard software programs, including Oracle, is a plus.
This key leadership position requires a high degree of initiative, creativity, and problem-solving ability. As a team player, you will work closely with multiple disciplines to achieve business results, driving growth and profitability.
You will be responsible for maintaining a control environment in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and company policy, providing analysis, costing, and business analysis of new product development projects, ensuring timely and accurate financial reports, and collaborating with other plants and the EMEA ISC finance leadership team.
