We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Paardekooper. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and managing suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards. This includes maintaining pricing agreements with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating purchases to maintain optimal stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate and manage suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with company standards.
2. Maintain pricing agreements with suppliers and monitor inventory levels.
3. Coordinate purchases to maintain optimal stock levels and process purchase orders.
4. Track deliveries and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
5. Work closely with the internal/Sales department to understand purchasing needs and align procurement processes accordingly.
Requirements:
- Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field qualification.
- Proven experience as a Stock Controller/Planner or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in SAGE, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
