Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our checkout processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate a cash register and process transactions efficiently and accurately.

  2. Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

  3. Assist customers with their purchases and resolve any issues that may arise.

  4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the checkout area and surrounding areas.

  5. Restock shelves and ensure adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.

  6. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
