Job Summary:
Clinical Nurse Manager II - Cardiac Cath LabThis is a senior-level position within the hospital's cardiac cath lab, reporting to the hospital administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the cath lab, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services.
- Manage a team of healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
Requirements:
Essential Requirements:- Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI, and hold a current NMBI PIN.
- Have 5 years post-registration experience in an acute setting, with a minimum of 3 years in a Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Completed a management training programme and/or have management experience.
- Have a recognised qualification within the speciality (desirable).
