Role Overview
We are seeking highly skilled individuals to fill our Barista positions in a dynamic café environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service, possess excellent product knowledge and demonstrate outstanding skills in preparing hot and cold drinks. Strong cash handling and visual merchandising skills are also essential for this role. Additionally, the successful applicant will have a solid understanding of HACCP and health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Prepare hot and cold drinks to high standards ensuring consistency and quality
  • Manage cash handling and maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Apply knowledge of HACCP and health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment preferably within the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a desire to grow and develop within the business
