You will also support stakeholders and customers with their material and service requirements, ensuring timely delivery at the most competitive cost.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives, optimizing costs and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide procurement solutions that meet their requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver procurement initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of progressive experience in sourcing, supplier, or category management, with a strong background in procurement policies and practices. Excellent influencing, change management, and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Qualifications:- Education: College degree and/or Supply Chain/Procurement professional certifications.
- Experience: 6-10 years of progressive business experience in sourcing/supplier/category management or related functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and experience with SAP and MS Office.
