As a Chapter Leader, you will blend deep knowledge of software engineering practices with strong leadership skills to coach, mentor, and develop associates. You are committed to improving the value delivered to our customers through agile development practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team across multi-functional disciplines such as software engineering, test automation, systems analysis, and scrum mastery.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to establish engineering standards and best practices, influence strategic decisions, and build solutions in your area.
  • Directly manage a team that primarily works within autonomous squads and ensure alignment on the how of the work performed.
  • Drive continual growth of team members and their knowledge areas.
  • Develop personal expertise to bring the latest thinking to empower others.
The Expertise And Skills You Bring:
  • 10+ years' experience in delivering software using agile development practices.
  • Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing people and teams across multi-functional disciplines.
  • Proven knowledge and experience of engineering principles, patterns, and practices, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Committed people leader capable of developing others to accelerate and achieve increased skill proficiency.
  • Data-driven approach to decision making, in day-to-day leadership and strategic trade-off analyses.
