Reporting to the Director, Global Performance Management & EMEA Talent Development, your primary responsibility will be to prepare for EMEA Teleflex Academy training programs and global leadership programs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities
  1. Support the Director in implementing EMEA Talent programs and Data analytics.
  2. Coordinate and communicate the EMEA Teleflex academy calendar.
  3. Manage Talent Development programs, including scheduling, maintaining schedules and rosters, and reserving conference rooms.
  4. Responsible for internal GTD communications.
  5. Administer talent and learning systems, as needed.
  6. Point of contact for vendor contracts/accounting.
  7. Maintain and triage the Global Talent Development.
  8. Analyze Talent Development data and develop analytics for the Global Talent team.
  9. Create dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track key Talent metrics.
  10. Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree, relevant experience in Data Analytics, and experience in People Analytics. A strong analytical mindset, problem-solving approach, great communication skills, and willingness to work with various teams are essential qualities for this role.
