About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Market Specialist to join our Global Response Operations team in Dublin, Ireland. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in supporting users through scalable solutions that match observed community needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Europe team to review and enforce content reported for potential abuse, resolve user account issues, and improve the overall support experience for Denmark. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Work on crisis response within the Europe region, representing the Danish market.
- Participate in an On-call Operational structure to enforce critical content within SEO Markets with a higher focus on Denmark, while also supporting other Nordics markets.
- Leverage language proficiency and Danish market knowledge, along with geopolitical understanding, to capture signals and insights that inform the enforcement and resolution of intricate risk and operational issues within the region.
- Develop scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users in the Danish market and in partnership with other regions.
- Analyze key metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our processes and tools.
- Build subject matter expertise around abuse areas prevalent in the region and contribute to enforcement efforts to manage and control impacts.
- Investigate emerging risks across the region and influence cross-functional resolutions. Provide input and support on policy recommendations using geopolitical and operational understanding.
