The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HIQA standards, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend meetings with stakeholders to discuss service development and implementation
  • Manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure excellent service standards are maintained
  • Develop and implement business initiatives to improve service quality
  • Carry out orientation and supervision of new staff members
  • Deliver assessment protocols to agreed standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation on client care provision
  • Conduct regular visits to clients to review service updates and delivery
  • Complete client and staff feedback forms to monitor satisfaction
  • Monitor client satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • A valid ABA registration and in-date certifications in Patient Moving & Handling and CPR
  • A strong understanding of HIQA standards and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate attention to detail and proficiency in basic IT systems
