This is a leadership role in finance transformation where you will play a key part in shaping the future of our clients' financial functions. As a Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for delivering innovative finance strategies that are business-focused, cost-effective, and agile.

About the Role:
You will lead business development and drive growth across our Finance Transformation services. You will provide strategic insight as a Subject Matter Expert in Finance, keeping pace with trends like automation, analytics, and managed services. You will also lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale finance transformation engagements, mentor, guide and develop high-performing consulting teams, manage project delivery, risk, and client expectations to ensure exceptional outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate across teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 8-10+ years of relevant experience in consulting and Finance transformation. You must have a proven track record in winning new business and developing client portfolios. Experience leading complex Finance transformation or operating model projects is essential. Strong technical understanding of Finance functions, processes, and enabling technologies is required. Previous exposure to Value & Performance Management, Finance Process Automation, or Shared Services/GBS is desirable. A recognised qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA or PMP/Prince2 is preferred. Strong stakeholder management experience, including C-suite relationships, commercial awareness and the ability to shape winning proposals, and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style are also essential.
