Job Title: Facilities and Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to support the day-to-day management of our Limerick facility. This role involves collaboration with People Leaders regarding supplies, stock control, and external vendors. The successful candidate will have strong previous administrative experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and be confident in demonstrating their knowledge in this role.

  • This role requires cross-functional coordination, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The HR & Facilities Coordinator will also provide administrative support to the People Team by preparing letters, emails, salary certificates, record keeping, filing, invoices, minute taking, responding to Jira tickets, and maintaining our HR Information System.
