Quality Assurance Specialist

The successful candidate will support the start-up of our European manufacturing site in Athenry, ensuring products meet regulatory and quality standards before release. Key responsibilities include performing product reviews, inspections, and testing; maintaining compliance with operating procedures; and collaborating with Quality Engineers and Manufacturing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough product inspections and testing to ensure conformity to specifications and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and labeling, adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years' experience in the medical device industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
