About the Role:- Ensure high standards of care for residents and families in accordance with Clarinbridge Care Centre's mission, vision, and values.
- Plan, assess, audit, and deliver resident care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team.
- Supervise staff to ensure compliance with clinical standards and effective communication with residents and colleagues.
Duties include ensuring medication practices adhere to NMBI guidelines and conducting regular audits in the Care Centre.
A strong team player is required to establish a positive team dynamic, implement improvements to care and practice, and organize staff rosters while maintaining agreed staffing levels.
