About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Team Member to join our Braeburn Cafe team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, and contributing to the overall success of our cafe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages to meet customer demands.
  • Support day-to-day operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations, and following food safety guidelines.
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and expert customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly.
